A rigorous high school curriculum and independent study over the summer paid off for Michael Erickson. The Olathe South High School senior scored a perfect score on both the ACT (36) and SAT (1,600) test last October.
Students across the Olathe district celebrated the birthday of Dr. Seuss (author Theodor Geisel) as part of Read Across America Day, March 2, sponsored by the National Education Association.
